Terms and Conditions – ZV999 Platform Rules & Policies

01 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and use ZV999, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or using your account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or affiliate of ZV999 or its partner companies.

ZV999 takes age verification seriously. If we have any reason to believe a player is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending identity verification. If the verification confirms the player is underage, the account will be closed and any remaining balance — excluding any bonus funds — will be returned through the original deposit method.

By creating an account, you confirm that all of the above eligibility conditions apply to you. Providing false information during registration is a violation of these terms and will result in account closure.

02 Account Registration & Verification

When you register with ZV999, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number and valid email address. The information you provide must match the identity documents you hold.

ZV999 reserves the right to request identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) at any point. This typically includes a copy of a valid government-issued ID such as a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), and may also include proof of address and proof of payment method. Verification requests will be sent to the email address on your account.

• Accounts that fail to complete verification within the requested timeframe may be suspended.
• Withdrawals will not be processed from unverified accounts.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. ZV999 will never ask for your password.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.
• Each player is permitted one account only. Multiple accounts per person are not allowed under any circumstances.

Account sharing — allowing another person to access, deposit into, or play from your ZV999 account — is strictly prohibited. If account sharing is detected, both the primary and secondary user may be permanently banned from the platform.

03 Deposits & Payment Methods

ZV999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All account balances are held and displayed in PKR, and no currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit process.

Supported deposit channels currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and standard debit or credit cards. Additional mobile wallet options may be added over time; the payment section of your account will always reflect the current available options.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared wallets or accounts belonging to other people are not accepted.
• If a deposit is received from an unrecognised or third-party source, ZV999 reserves the right to hold the funds pending investigation.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment channel and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your ZV999 account balance quickly; processing times for bank transfers may vary.
• ZV999 does not charge deposit fees on its end, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposited funds that have not been used for wagering may be withdrawn subject to standard withdrawal terms. Funds deposited alongside an active bonus may be subject to bonus wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted — refer to Section 5 for full bonus terms.

04 Withdrawals & Processing

Withdrawals at ZV999 are processed in PKR back to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your name. ZV999 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to the requesting player.

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed. Unverified accounts cannot withdraw funds.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the ZV999 payments team and processed as promptly as possible. Processing times will depend on the withdrawal channel selected.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfer withdrawals.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are set per channel and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• If a withdrawal request is made while a bonus wagering requirement is still active, the request may be held until the wagering requirement is completed or the bonus is declined.
• ZV999 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing large withdrawal amounts.

If a withdrawal is rejected, you will be notified via the contact details on your account along with the reason. Common reasons for rejection include incomplete KYC verification, suspected third-party payment, or an active bonus wagering requirement. Addressing the noted reason and resubmitting the request is the correct process in such situations.

05 Bonus Terms & Wagering Requirements

ZV999 offers promotional bonuses to registered players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins and other promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented.

• All bonus offers have a wagering requirement — the amount you must wager before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated clearly for each offer.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and apply to your bonus balance, separate from your main PKR balance.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for the offer. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.
• ZV999 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk bets specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or any other manipulative pattern.
• Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. The contribution percentage per game category will be stated in the specific offer terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.

If you no longer wish to complete the wagering requirement on an active bonus, you may contact support to have the bonus removed. In this case, any bonus-derived winnings will also be removed, and only the real-money balance will remain available for withdrawal.

06 Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games available on ZV999 — including live casino tables, slots, fish games and RNG casino games — are operated according to the rules set by the game provider. ZV999 does not alter game mechanics, payouts or RNG (random number generator) outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the game system.

• Technical malfunctions or disconnections during a game round do not automatically entitle a player to a refund. Each case is reviewed individually based on game logs and provider data.
• If a game is interrupted due to a platform error on ZV999's side, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to player balances where technically possible.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.
• Live casino rules — including those for Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Roulette and Blackjack — follow standard international game rules as implemented by the live dealer provider.
• Any dispute about a game result must be raised with ZV999 support within 72 hours of the game round completing. Disputes raised after this window may not be actionable.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ZV999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, full forfeiture of funds, and a permanent platform ban. In serious cases, ZV999 may also report the activity to relevant authorities.

• Multiple accounts: Registering, operating or benefiting from more than one account per person.
• Bonus abuse: Using any method to exploit, circumvent or manipulate bonus offers and their wagering requirements.
• Fraudulent deposits: Depositing funds from payment accounts that do not belong to you, or using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider after funds have been used for gambling. All chargeback attempts are investigated and actioned.
• Money laundering: Using ZV999 to move, layer or conceal funds derived from illegal activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino or multi-player game formats to gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Impersonation: Registering an account in another person's name or identity.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

ZV999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or protection of the player under responsible gaming obligations.

• When an account is suspended for investigation, the player will be notified and given the opportunity to respond before a final decision is made, unless the suspension is related to active fraud.
• Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
• Upon closure of a verified account with a real-money balance — where no violations have been found — any remaining balance will be returned via the player's verified withdrawal method.
• If an account is closed due to Terms and Conditions violations, ZV999 is not obligated to return funds held in the account.
• Self-exclusion requests from players will result in immediate account closure for the requested duration, during which the player will not be able to re-register or access any ZV999 services.

09 Privacy & Data Use

ZV999 collects and processes personal data as part of providing the platform service, verifying player identity, processing payments and complying with obligations related to responsible gaming and fraud prevention. • Your personal data will not be sold to third-party marketing companies.
• Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and fraud detection services as necessary to operate the platform.
• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data ZV999 holds about you by contacting support.
• ZV999 uses industry-standard security measures to protect player data and financial information stored on its systems.

10 Responsible Gaming

ZV999 takes responsible gaming seriously. Online gaming is entertainment and should remain that way. The platform provides tools to help players manage their gaming within their personal means, including session reminders and self-exclusion options.

• All players are encouraged to set a personal PKR budget before every gaming session and to stick to it.
• Never chase losses. If your session budget is exhausted, the session should end — the games will still be here tomorrow.

• ZV999 may apply responsible gaming measures — including deposit limits or temporary account suspension — to accounts where problem gambling behaviour is identified, without requiring player consent.
• ZV999 is strictly for players aged 18 and above. Underage gambling is prohibited and actively prevented.

11 Liability & Disputes

ZV999 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While every effort is made to maintain platform availability and game integrity, ZV999 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform or any specific game at all times.

• ZV999 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical failures, interrupted internet connections on the player's side, or third-party payment processing delays outside ZV999's control.
• In the event of a platform error that results in incorrect odds, payouts or credits, ZV999 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct account balances.
• If you have a dispute regarding a transaction, game result or account decision, contact ZV999 support as soon as possible with full details. All disputes will be reviewed using platform logs and resolved as fairly as possible.
• ZV999's liability in any dispute is limited to the value of the bet or transaction directly involved in the dispute.

These terms are governed in accordance with the operational policies of ZV999 as a platform. Players agree to resolve disputes through ZV999's internal support process before pursuing any other resolution avenue.

12 Amendments to These Terms

ZV999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects player rights or obligations — ZV999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their account email address.

• It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.
• Continued use of the ZV999 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
• If you do not accept a material change to the terms, you should close your account before the change takes effect.

The most current version of these terms is always the version published on this page. Previous versions are not applicable once a new version has been published.
